For 4 months of 2020, TIS updated last year’s cargo turnover record

In January-April 2020, the TIS group of terminals increased cargo turnover by 23.2% (or 2.21 million tons) to 11.75 million tons, thus updating last year’s record. This is reported on the official Facebook page of the company.

«This figure is 23.2% more than in the most successful year of 2019, when our terminals handled 9.537 million tons in 4 months from the beginning of the year. Thus, we have reached the maximum turnover of the port from January to April for all time, and this despite the fact that the last six weeks, like companies throughout Ukraine, we worked under the conditions of the coronavirus pandemic and quarantine restrictions», noted in the message.
