Analysts named the TOP 5 products of export and import of Ukraine in 2020
In 2020, agricultural products remained the basis of Ukraine’s foreign trade, exports remained at the level of 2019, and imports increased by more than 10%. This was reported in the association “Ukrainian Club of agricultural Business”.
The main export products are:
• grain crops — 51.3 million tons;
• fats and oils of animal or vegetable origin — 7.4 million tons;
• food industry residues and waste — 7 million tons;
• seeds and fruits of oilseeds — 4.4 million tons;
• meat and edible offal — 470 thousand tons.
The main import products are:
• edible fruits and nuts — 998 thousand tons;
• fish and crustaceans, shellfish, etc. — 358 thousand tons;
• alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and vinegar — 356 thousand tons;
• various food products — 79 thousand tons;
• tobacco and industrial tobacco substitutes — 59 thousand tons.
