Imports of goods from Ukraine in 2021 amounted to $73.3 bln, while exports set a record of $68.24 bln
According to the State Customs Service, in 2021, Ukrainian exports reached a record high and amounted to $68.24 billion, which is 38.3% more than in 2020. At the same time, imports of goods increased by 35.6%, or by $19.26 billion – to $73.3 billion. Total trade turnover increased by 36.9% to $141.54 billion.
Top 3 import countries: China – $10.97 billion, Russia – $6.65 billion, Germany – $5.99 billion. The three largest export countries: China – $8.01 billion, Poland – $5.24 billion, Turkey – $4.14 billion.
Most of all were exported: ferrous metals – by $13.96 billion, grain – by $12.35 billion; ores – by $7.13 billion. The three largest imported goods: mineral fuels, oil and its distillation products — $14.94 billion; boilers, machinery, equipment – $7.54 billion; vehicles – $7.04 billion.
