In Ukraine, the headquarters for solving logistics issues in the agrocomplex began to operate

The Ministry of Agrarian Policy held the first meeting of the interdepartmental headquarters for the prompt resolution of logistics issues in agriculture, created as a result of a meeting chaired by the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Kistion.
The headquarters included representatives of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, the Ministry of Infrastructure, the Ministry of Natural Resources, the State Environmental Inspectorate, the Antimonopoly Committee, PJSC Ukrzaliznytsya, the State Enterprise Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority, people’s deputies of Ukraine, representatives of agricultural enterprises and professional associations. Also at the meeting was attended by representatives of grain terminals of seaports and regional railways.
It is envisaged that the Headquarters Working Group will promptly work out specific problem cases and provide ready-made general solutions to problems. In particular, we are talking about improving the transportation of agricultural products by rail through a system of layouts and predictability of loading volumes, as well as the possibility of using other types of transportation – road and river transport.
