Ukrainian seaports have increased container turnover by 7.1%

In January-October of 2020, Ukrainian seaports increased container turnover by 7.1% compared to the same period in 2019 — up to 869,621 TEU.

The container turnover of the Odessa Seaport increased by 1.7% to 540,444 TEU, including: imports-by 0.1%, to 263,756 TEU; exports – by 3.4%, to 252,828 TEU; transit – by 2.5%, to 23,860 TEU.

The port of Pivdenny increased container turnover by 20.1% to 203,472 TEU, including: import — by 13.2%, to 97,506 TEU; export – by 18.3%, to 90,541 TEU; transit – by 2.3 times, to 15,425 TEU.

The port of Chornomorsk increased container turnover by 12.6% to 125,282 TEU, including: exports – by 5.4%, to 65,601 TEU; imports – by 21.7%, to 59,681 TEU.

SC «Olvia» has processed 423 TEU (export – 367, import – 56) against 132 TEU (export — 90, import — 42) a year earlier.
