Logistics Optimization

For truck drivers, returning empty containers to inland depots within the Odesa metropolitan area is both faster and more cost-effective than returning them directly to sea ports.

Grain Loading Volume

  • Total Market Capacity: 40,000 tons per month

  • Our Target: To achieve a volume exceeding 10,000 tons per month

Competitive Advantages

  • First Private Full-Scale Intermodal Terminal near Odesa: We provide a comprehensive suite of services, combining a high-capacity intermodal hub, an empty container depot, and expert container loading/unloading operations.

  • Strategic Proximity to the “Clover Bridge” Interchange: Ideally located at the key transport junction connecting three major ports: Odesa, Pivdennyi (Yuzhny), and Chornomorsk.

  • Universal Empty Container Depot: By hosting containers from all major shipping lines at an equal distance from the sea terminals, we offer clients maximum logistics flexibility. Customers can efficiently drop off any container after import and pick up the required equipment for export in one streamlined process.

Projects №3

TERMINAL SOLOMONOVO

New Logistics Hub in Zakarpattia

Opportunity for further expansion of warehousing capacity in subsequent construction phases.

  • Total Area: 25,000 sq m (including 12,096 sq m of warehouses, offices, and utility rooms)
  • Closeness to borders: Hungary (2 km), Slovakia (2.9 km)
  • Railway access (2.3 km): Liski Terminal (Chop). Transshipment from 1435 mm to 1520 mm gauge
  • Road Access: M06 Highway (Kyiv — Chop — Budapest) and E50 Highway (Uzhhorod — Slovakia — Czech Republic — France)

Liski Transshipment Terminal — designed for the transshipment of containers between the 1435 mm European standard gauge and the 1520 mm broad gauge and vice versa — is strategically located at the junction of the borders of three countries: Slovakia, Hungary, and Romania.

  • The M06 Highway is a Ukrainian international highway connecting Kyiv to Hungary near Chop, extending further to Záhony and Budapest. The highway is part of Pan-European Transport Corridors III and V, as well as the Europe-Asia Transport Corridor.
  • The E50 Highway connects the city of Uzhhorod with Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Germany, and France.
