Outside the office

We believe that successful teamwork starts with harmony within the team, which is why we place special emphasis on group activities and an active lifestyle outside the office

One of the company’s prides is our Odessa Racing Yacht Club team, which, before the full-scale invasion of russia into Ukraine, regularly participated in various regattas and sporting events. This showcases not only professionalism at work but also team spirit on the water.

Joint corporate trips, whether short outings into nature or longer journeys, help us get to know each other better and create unforgettable moments that strengthen our corporate spirit.

Outside the office, we are not just colleagues but true friends, ready to support each other in any endeavor. This approach fosters a positive and productive atmosphere at work, as well as strengthens understanding and trust within the team.

OUR ACTIVITIES

In the Global Ocean Link team, the principle “Part of the team—part of the ship” is fundamental. Mutual support is not just a word, but a guiding principle we live by every day.

Each team member understands that the success of the entire team depends on the contribution of each member. In challenging moments, we join forces and find solutions together. This creates an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect, where everyone feels supported and confident that they are not alone. In our team, everyone knows that in any situation, they can rely on the help of their colleagues, and together we can overcome any difficulties.

Our close-knit team is not just a group of people working together; it’s a true team of like-minded individuals united by a common goal and shared values. We take pride in our corporate culture and are happy to welcome every new member to our friendly family.
